Logging in and the ways into the CMS

The standard login plus the other entry points: onboarding, scoped login links, pairing and public previews.

The standard way in is the login screen: sign in with your email and password and you land on your account's Dashboard. A handful of other entry points exist for specific jobs:

  • Onboarding β€” a first-run wizard. Brand-new accounts are sent here automatically before they ever reach the dashboard.
  • Login link β€” a scoped sign-in link of the form /link/<token>. Used for the Product Editor: the recipient signs in with a single token and sees a cut-down interface.
  • Pairing β€” the display-pairing flow for connecting a screen.
  • Public preview β€” a chrome-less live preview of a single design that anyone with the link can view, without a CMS login.
  • Partner-API authorisation β€” the consent screens used when you authorise an external app.
