Drive is your unified content store. Almost everything you can put on a screen lives here: images, videos, audio, fonts, websites, tables, product databases and lists, and data feeds. Other areas pull content from Drive through an embedded picker.

Folder tree and file grid

On the left is a folder tree starting at Home, with a Create new + button. Each folder has its own ⋮ menuRename, Move, Share, Delete. A shared folder shows a share icon and is read-only for the receiver (the toolbar's create/upload/edit actions are hidden inside it).

On the right is the file grid. Each item is a tile with a thumbnail or type icon, its name, and a type chip (which is clickable — it opens the item to edit). Types: Image, Video, Audio, Font, Folder, Product List, Product Catalog, Table, Feed.

The top bar has a Search box, a Filter by folder selector with an "All folders" option (search your whole Drive, not just the current folder), Upload Files, Search PixaBay, and a More (⋮) menu with bulk Rename, Move, Copy and Delete. The grid is paginated (25 per page by default; you can change the page size and jump pages).

Working with items

  • Single-click selects an item (for bulk actions). Hold Shift/Ctrl to select several.
  • Double-click opens it: a folder navigates in, a file opens its edit panel, a product database/table/feed opens its row editor.
  • Inside the playlist editor's picker you can drag items into a playlist; on the standalone Drive page tiles aren't draggable.

On a phone, Drive switches to a row list with a folder drawer and a per-row action menu.

Processing status

Uploaded media is optimised in the background, and the tile shows live status — "Generating screenshot", "Generating image", "Optimizing video" / "Optimizing image", or "Error optimizing" — until the work completes.
