Add team members three ways, and grant per-user permissions that gate every area of the CMS.

Team members

Each member is a card showing their avatar, alias (or "Pending setup"), their identity, and a role summary. Per member you can:

  • Expand a member to see the full permission list β€” every role with a label, a description and a toggle.
  • Copy login link (for link users) or Reset password (for username users).
  • Delete a member.

Pending invites appear as their own cards with an "Invited" badge (and a delete) until they're accepted.

Add user

Three ways to add a member (tabs):

  • Invite by email β€” enter an email and Send invite.
  • Login URL link β€” enter a password for the link and Create link; the member signs in via a link URL (used for the Product Editor).
  • Username & Password β€” create a credentialed user directly.

Roles and permissions

Permissions are per-user toggles (revealed by expanding a member). They gate every area of the CMS, each with read and/or write where it applies:

  • Playlists (read / write) and Products visibility
  • Data / Drive (read / write)
  • Designs (read / write)
  • Displays (read / write)
  • Feeds (read / write)
  • Account (read / write)
  • Queue system (ticket write)
  • Product editor β€” add / remove / unlink products (for scoped shop-staff logins)
  • Administrator β€” unlocks Settings and the Brand kit, and sees everything

Each toggle's description explains exactly what it grants. A member with no permissions sees nothing; an administrator sees everything.
