Pairing a display

The step-by-step pairing wizard, and how to link a display you created earlier.

"Pair a TV or screen" opens a full-screen guided wizard with a three-step indicator: Select account β€Ί Select display β€Ί Pair display.

Step 1 β€” Select account

Search and pick which account the display belongs to. This step is skipped automatically when there is only one account.

Step 2 β€” Select display

Pair wizard, select display

Either type a name and Create new display, or pick an existing display from the list. The list only contains unlinked displays β€” a display already paired to a device will not appear, because you cannot double-pair.

Step 3 β€” Pair display (enter code)

Pair wizard, enter code

Enter the 9-digit code (grouped 3-3-3) shown on your screen by the player app, then press Link display. If you don't see a code, make sure the player app is running on your display β€” the code appears as soon as the app starts. A wrong or expired code shows an error.

Step 4 β€” Success

A green tick and a success message, then Pair another (loop back to pair a second screen) or Go to account.

Linking an existing display

If a display already exists but has no device, the Link action (list) or Click to link (grid) opens a compact Pair display box: enter the same 9-digit code, press Link display, done. It is the single-step equivalent of the wizard's code step.
