Editing products
Open a list or catalog to edit product rows inline — names, prices, descriptions, stock and images.

Clicking an entry opens it inline in the product grid:

This is a data grid — one row per product, with columns for each field (here Name, Description, Price, Image and Stock). You can:
- Edit cells inline — type into text and number fields; click a media cell to swap its image or video via the Drive picker (Image fields offer only images, Video fields only videos). Removing a media item asks for confirmation.
- Edit a row — opens the full per-product editor for every field.
- Add product, Delete, reorder by dragging, and bulk-select; page through with the paginator.
In the row editor
- Status: Enabled / Disabled — hide a single product without deleting it.
- Lock a field — the lock icon next to a field protects that value, so updates from the master catalog won't overwrite your manual edit (see below).
- Style a field — the swatch icon on a text field applies a saved style preset to that cell.
Lists vs catalogs in practice
- Edit a catalog to maintain the master product data (all fields).
- Edit a list to curate which products show and in what order. Add product opens a catalog picker — choose a catalog, then pick products; they're linked into the list.
- Because they're linked, updating the master catalog updates the list automatically — except for any field you've locked on the list, which keeps your manual value.
Moving a product
From the cross-product search you can Move a product into a different catalog or list — pick the destination from the list and confirm.
