Creating a product-editor login link

Add a link-based user under Settings › Users and send the link and password to your staff member.

A product editor is just an account user created with a link sign-in and limited permissions. Create one under Settings › Users › Add user:

  1. Open the Login URL link tab.
  2. Enter a Password for link (the recipient needs it together with the link).
  3. Click Create link. This creates a new team member backed by a login link.
  4. In the Team members list, the new user shows a Copy link action — copy it and send it (plus the password) to the staff member. The link signs them straight in.

The other Add-user tabs are for full users: Invite by email and Username & Password. The link method is what makes a lightweight, no-email product editor.

Granting product permissions

By default a new user has no permissions. Expand the user in the Team members list to reveal the per-role toggles, and enable only the product ones:

  • Add products — create rows, edit columns, reach the Source/Flows tabs.
  • Remove products — delete rows.
  • Unlink products — detach a linked product from a list.

Leave the broader roles (displays, playlists, designs, admin) off so the user is confined to products. Each toggle shows a label and description so you know exactly what it grants.
