The data grid — rows and columns
Edit your feed's data: add rows, edit cells inline, manage columns, and name the feed.

The Feed tab is the data grid — one row per item, one column per field.
- Inline editing — text cells edit in place; media cells (Image/Video) show a thumbnail and open the Drive picker to swap the file (or "−" to clear).
- Search the rows and page through them (100 per page); empty states guide you when there are no results.
- Per-row actions — Edit (the full row editor), unlink (for linked rows) and delete; drag handles + checkboxes for reorder and bulk select.
- Top actions — Links, Presets, Edit columns, + Add item, More (delete selected) and a refresh that re-pulls the source.
The row editor
Opening a row (Edit) shows every field, plus two controls worth knowing:
- Status: Enabled / Disabled — disable a single row so it doesn't show, without deleting it.
- Lock a field (the lock icon next to a field) — marks that field as protected, so a source re-pull or a linked-catalog update won't overwrite your manual value. This is the mechanism behind "manual edits are protected".
Each text field also has a swatch icon that opens the same preset / styling editor described below, to style that one cell.
Columns
Edit columns adds, removes and reorders columns and sets each column's field type (text, number, image, video, link, and others). The available field types come from the platform, so the list can grow over time; some fields (a "global" field) are used behind the scenes and don't display.
Presets — reusable text styles
The Presets button opens a styling library (not just "row styles"). A preset captures text styling you can apply to a cell or to many rows at once: alignment, font family, size, weight, italic, text and background colour, overflow, fit, letter / word spacing, line height, soft-wrap, a text shadow, and text decoration (style, thickness, colour), plus a "dynamic field" option. Each property has an enable checkbox, so a preset can set only the properties you choose. Add, edit and delete presets, and apply one to several selected rows.
Links — linking data across feeds
The Links button opens Data linking: it shows this feed's rows alongside another feed's rows and lets you link individual cells or rows across the two feeds, so one value feeds the other. It has a search box, an Auto search option that matches rows automatically, and a tab strip to choose which other feed to link against; linked cells show as removable chips.
Product Catalog vs Product List. A Catalog is the master source (rows and columns); a List is a filtered, ordered view onto one or more catalogs. Both use this same editor.
Settings tab

The Settings tab carries the feed's Name, Last update time, Tags, and the most recent ingestion error — with a Save button.
